6. Tracking & Insurance
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Shipping insurance may be included or available as an optional add-on at checkout, depending on the shipping method selected.
7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
- If a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed, we may offer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
